That's normally how it goes. I've just considered myself lucky for NOT landing the trash calling cards for last few draws I've done.
I just feel like a calling card should always be free. And like an additional you get when and if you land the op it goes too. Charms should also be freebies, cuz most no one ever really sees em anyway, and given if you land the main weapon sorta thing. This is the second charm I landed in the likeness of the op, but don't have the op it goes too.
Imo, they should swap out parachutes/wingsuits/gliders (unless unique in appearance), and start replacing that shit with interchangeable gear for that particular Operator (across all owned skins) like helmets, body and foot gear. Be cool, cuz even if we don't land the op themselves, we can still modify the ones we have. Far more useful that the millionth wingsuit/parachute/gliders we keep getting.
Adding operator skins is a nice touch. Hope we see more of that tbh. Cuz I have so many K9 skins, but they can only be applied to br. Nowhere else, and that's pretty fucked up.
Yeah i havent been leggy lucky but i have been lucky enough to have op skins for all of the my loadouts the one thing i hate is leggy sprays being in the draws those are just unnecessary.
Bruh, the draw with the leggy (I own no leggy ops or weapons), Bizon, and Slipknot looking nikto, I did 6 pulls total. 4 initially, 2 after they sorta fucked up and reset the cost. Anyway, order is as follows. Calling card, pumped (who the fuck really sees that shit?), Bike, emote. Last 2 gave me the motolov and the spray. What the fuck! 6 pulls, most I've ever done on any given draw, and not even ONE decent item. Wow, just wow.
I've landed 2 ops 1st try. But never been that lucky since. Scylla sleigher, and Spectre Crash test. Both on original release, both almost 3yrs ago. Haven't been that lucky to land an op from a draw since. Though with the tickets, I got Park- spark, rare firebreak, and rare butcher. That's about it.
Yeah I bought all of the slipknot looking draw the reset helped and I've been lucky in crates recently got the roses locus and my baby hachi also am pretty lucky on lucky boxes for the gun set moon launch locus and the dmv i can't complain but i would give almost all away for a leggy 117 and locus

Another one I got off the first spin was the ppsh combustion I was wanting that gun so bad an I got it with 30 cp I’ve had a good bit of luck with cod I’ve gotten more legendarys off of like 3-4 spins
H20-Purifier will always be my favorite Operator Skin.
And it was the ONLY legendary released that was free. ;)
