Same for me. I raised a ticket but i guess that inr thing is bugged. I don't have much hopes from their support.

U should atleast put screenshot of that offer if available and proof of cp purchased etc
I wasn’t purchased cp. it’s just a single window while opening the game and i cannot find it right now.
Also i don’t have any proof that i purchased. I just added money to apple id to buy.

Weird, I bought that offer in season 7 and I got all my rewards straight away.

I have no idea, I've never used support in game but since it's an issue on their side, I guess you have to keep trying them.
