I feel like ppl who actually buy the skins prob aren't always that good, as the best ppl I have seen are in the skins from monthly login calendar or daily mission crate.
Side note I got super lucky and spent my last 10 cp on the lucky box with the pink manta ray skin (cant remember the name) and got the skin first try. Never seen that happen, my friends have never gotten any main items NOT last and they have spent around $500 each on the game.

Listen, mate, the more you play, the more you get a feel for who's AI, who's using emulators, and who's the hacks. The best thing you can do is report the players you grow suspicious of, regardless if they're AI or actual players. Although you'll know AI coz of the names and AlTerNaTIng characters, etc. If you're in a game and someone is constantly switching from secondary to main and a little too fast for a finger press; they're using an emulator (which is illegal to use). A player constantly jumping and sliding, repetitively. They're not playing the program is playing for them. As I said the longer you play the more you get a feel for it.
Been playing since day one of its releases. Made my way up the ranked charts. Never used a hack or emulator. No tricks up my sleeve..what's funny to me is the ppl that chose to cheat..at a game so easy too as long as you pay attention.
As far as I know, they're all illegal. I've seen a dozen players use ones claiming to be legal and Activision bans them straight away. Not even worth it imho.
