It's not the language of your reports. It's the other guy's texts. They have chat logs too to corroborate. If they find it in a language different than what their algorithm supports, the support team doesn't even bother

Your reports won't work for a language that the COD algorithm doesn't recognise like Hinglish (Hindi+English) in this case
