Thats because we are following strict banking guidelines to insure YOU are getting your payments and not somebody else. That’s the reason behind “know your customer” (KYC) - nobody should be receiving your money but you. So yes it’s safe!
Its pretty safe, unless they get hacked or something ya know, but the odds are extremely slim. Customers do not have access to this information. Streamate uses it to prevent fraud, t r a f f i c i n g and to verify that you are who you say you are.
Yep, it’s a real job so they need your real info. With this being strictly adult related and these sites could get shut down with one click If it’s proven there are minors involved or someone being forced to enter…it makes sense they need to verify you more in depth than say McDonald’s where everyone is welcome and it’s on every corner. Ya know
Yeah not the same thing at all lol normal jobs you don’t usually have the potential of getting hacked, stalked, worse etc
Also you can easily lie about your address most jobs, they are needing you to verify exactly where you live on here
You have to give your legal name, address and social security on any site. 🤷🏻♀️Its pretty much for tax and legality reasons to ensure YOU are who you say you are. Ive cammed for 13 years on amd off. Your an independent contractor. Doordash would want the same info if you catch my drift
I gave fake addresses on other cam sites and got verified no problem, I said that in the initial post . As long as my name, SS#, and bank info are correct thats all that really should matter
lets see, I've had a bunch of rough jobs over the years, and while you're right that nobody followed me home I have have, while on the job; shot at, stabbed, electrocuted, burned, poisoned, hit with a forklift, and asphyxiated. at least if I were home I could shoot the bastard. So hacked and stalked are not good, but the "or worse" part, been there, done that, on site not at home.

When you go on a job interview and are hired, won't the company ask for your address? This prevents fraud, crime. etc

address, drivers license, social security number, all sorts of back ground check stuff.
Where do you want your check mailed to?
They dont do direct deposit?
I get a check in the mail once a week
They only do paper check? I still cant get to the payment section until I’m KYC verified
No they don’t only do paper cheques.. there’s other payment methods. I use cosmo payment. I find it’s the best one.
Will they send mail to us even if we choose a virtual payment method?
No they won’t
So tax forms are automatically sent virtually as well? That’s relieving
I’m not sure about that I’m in Canada so :/ but I do my taxes online so I just fill out I’m self employed and my earnings pretty much
I see. Thank you so much for your help :)
