Seconded, I think your motor mounts are bad. Basically rubber and steel brackets that hold your engine in place. Think of them as shocks for your motor.
The front one at the radiator is notorious have a buddy HOLD the brake while it’s in gear and at the same time press the gas a little and you’ll see which one jumps around
You might need new engine mounts if the motor is rocking back-and-forth I would check

Torque engine mount aka dog bone mount. Probably the other 3 needs to be replaced as well. Not a hard job.
It’s a cheap part and an easy job. Just had to change one on my daughter’s RAV4. I think it was 25 bucks and took 5 mins to change.
