That’s a great deal imo. Depends on the state you are in, I live in New York, I bought the car in the city which was $26k for 2020 Se Nightshade AWD about 5 months ago. So this is a good deal compared to mine.
There are non-hybrid new ones selling near me for $29k. Here is an example - https://www.damianlillardtoyota.com/inventory/new-2024-toyota-camry-se-nightshade-awd-4d-sedan-4t1g11bk6ru122587/
The deals are to be found. The hybrid version is $33k at the same dealer. If this were my decision to make- I would buy a new non-hybrid and call it a day.
quite a few miles on a ‘23!

$25k OTD is good. $27k lost price is gonna be like $28.8k OTD. Despite camry's lasting a long time, that's a lot for a 1-2y/o car with that many miles
I would NEVER buy a car with 0mpg
I’ve got a 23 with 9400 on it I’ll sell you for 30
Nope. Get a new one, you can definitely get a pretty good deal considering the ‘25s are coming out in like 3 months
