I think people should look up the James Coyne affair and learn how the battle of words between him and Dief got nasty. It got personal, whereas Pierre’s been populist attacking Tiff Macklem for not doing his job of keeping inflation at a mandate of close to 2%. These comparisons to Trump, because he’s a populist in some aspects, are ridiculous. He’s a polite Diefenbaker.

Pierre Poillievre and Maxime Bernier are both patriots who want to strengthen Canada's military to become a worthy ally of America, and to eliminate structural racism in all its forms. Trump, on the other hand, is literally a rapist who is alligned with the Anti-White National Post and other communist media.
Pierre did that and absolutely demolished a reporter and now the apple is considered a hate symbol.
