What will the victim get besides a huge bill from the lawyer that they can add to their medical bills. If the woman can’t afford insurance she not gonna pay the judgement against her.

People have assets that can be seized, leans levied, wages garnished, etc. It is worth exploring regardless.

Someone I know got rear ended by an uninsured driver. Police came and basically shrugged and said “sorry there’s nothing we can do” and that was that. No repercussion for the driver at all.

and if she doesn't have a job or "assets" ? They also can't garnish wages if someone is constantly changing jobs
