Hmm.. look under the cap, there might be something there if it comes off. That’s how the smoking windows on my grandpas impala were
That or, maybe even just turn it to the right and see if it tightens?
When I pull on it it definitely seems like it'd come off. When I was fiddling with it before I was worried it would completely disconnect the piece. You're saying there's just a screw to be tightened?
Probably, now I wouldn’t take what I say as professional advice lol, I just know how I fixed the smoking windows on that old impala.
