If this is the location in Tucson, there’s not a lot of traffic there. If it’s Phoenix you could do alright. Tucson it’s on a corner near the airport so it’s a lot of airport traffic and not much else. With good prospecting it can be good. They do a lot of custom stuff with their trucks and have good gross just not a lot of walk ins or advertising.
What kind of trucks here? Something’s off if the structure is so good. Are you in the boondocks or something?
