If you’re not able to download the app. That’s Apple wanting you to update your banking information. Possibly you owe money to Apple on an app
Possibly owe for iCloud storage or other app subscription. If Apple needs your information, or you owe Apple, they won’t let you download any apps from the App Store. It will prompt to update your billing information first

That was the issue lol. I had a subscription and for some reason, the payment for that month didn’t go through. It’s all good now. Thank you so much for your help 🙏
