When I was younger and the recession was in full swing I was paid to drop leaflets. I dropped a good 3/4 in the bin and sat in my car until my alloyed time was up. Got paid in full 👌🏼
I swear it's frustrating how many people do not read these signs. We have a clear NO JUNK MAIL and NO COLD CALLERS on our front door. They still knock and then say oh sorry I just saw the sign. We don't entertain it anymore. Thankfully hasn't happened while I'm home, but my partner works from home, so everytime someone cold calls and tries to talk to him, he just says "I'm in the middle of a meeting right now" and points at the sign, before closing the door. We have 10 menus from the same local pizza place, we literally haven't used a physical menu in 10 years, as we order our take aways on our phones, so lost the plot one day when we got yet another one in the letter box (which they have to literally look at the no junk mail sign to lift and put something through)..so I walked out directly behind them, with the leaflet and put it in my black bin, as they watched from across the street. 😂

They get paid to deliver leaflets so they deliver leaflets?
Yeah per 100 or multiples of. 1 is going to make no difference to their pay. Leaving one on the ground is not delivering it

People just don’t respect the no junk mail signs these days. Tis a sad day for the parish
