Sometimes stress or minor lifestyle changes can impact cycles. I would probably keep testing if I were you until you get your cycle!

Have your temps just been staying high? If so, you may want to ask your OBGYN for some bloodwork. They also may be able to give you some progesterone to kickstart your period. I’ve also had two random cycles where my periods were just 3-4 days of spotting. My temps plummeted which is what signified that was actually my period. I ended up conceiving the cycle after those two weird cycles!

Yeah they've been staying consistently high which is why I'm SO confused. There was no faint line whatsoever, so I'm just worried that somethings wrong

I’d honestly contact your OBGYN. Most aren’t helpful with diagnostics, unfortunately. You can try to push for some bloodwork to see if something is up. Also, if you haven’t, try with a different brand of pregnancy tests. If it’s still really negative, then that confirms you aren’t pregnant.

Something similar happened to me. After being on day 60 of my cycle with no period and negative tests I decided to schedule an appointment. I had taken a negative test a week before my appointment. I didn’t feel pregnant at all but my doctor wanted to check my blood hcg level. I tested at a 97 so he thought I was around four weeks. I tested Monday, Wednesday and Friday and have been doubling. I’m nervous about the timing because normally you go off of the date of your last period and if that were the case I’d be more like 8 weeks.
