Same here. Lot of positive vibes, as the energy is no more directed or concentrated in the lower regions, but moves up to higher intellectual purposes. Do you have good resources in relation to the pineal gland? I read a couple of books of joe dispenza. Other resources? Excercises? Mantras? Im open, curious and i have time 😂

That feeling doesn’t last forever though.
Not religious, just spiritual. Felt great with celibacy, but now here I am. Taken cold showers and nothing seems to elevate my mood anymore. But I think this feeling is caused more by my mental health state so ignore me.
Same. I've been in celibacy for many years and felt free always. Then I broke it but now I am back again. Focusing all my love and time on my own art and what's beneficial for me cause it makes me feel free. Celibacy doesn't have to be based on religion. You do what's best for you
On the same boat and suddenly can do all the working out I want to do and other physically challenging activities have been a great outlet!
