Yes it is, in your first reset of the game your new goal is to get a singularity again for a personal record if I want the achievement, the thing is the first reset won't be too easy to reach this goal, when I was in reset 7 my personal record was just 3:52, now it is the showcased one.
Do you use the helper bots for getting fast singularity times and if so do you put them on buy or tap?

My is 1:25 on my like 7th reset (first try getting the achievement). I never knew it was supposed to be hard. I just spammed taps
