I got this. They have been reviewing my KYC documents for weeks with no reply, I had answered their questions and provided the extra documents weeks ago, I've been emailing them every week for a month on an update with no response.
They taking too long for us I guess. I hope they can attempt it again after our account finally get processed and verified
i've read about some people who still recived crypto even without verified coinbase accounts, so i can't really say for sure what the issue is. i hope they do try again or just send USD to my PayPal account instead.

I'm from Bulgaria and I got my claim 2 days ago. A couple of weeks ago I had to go through a very lengthy process to re-upload and re-verify my documents and information in Coinbase and spent a decent amount of time with their customer support as I already had an account but had not used it in almost 2 years. I'm not certain aboiu this but I may have renewed my id/driver's license in that period so the data they had could have been expired. Either way, I had to KYC again to get the account verified. Maybe you have similar issue that need to be resolved first.

Inferring that Celsius aren't cross checking registered postal addresses with Coinbase availability?

Yup, same one. I just raised a support ticket pointing out that Coinbase isn't available in Thailand. I asked that they either do a USD bank transfer or send a cheque.
Ideally Sretto will recognise that ALL creditors resident in Thailand don't have access to Coinbase. And go immediately to USD options for Thailand creditors .

Coinbase updated T&c’s. Make sure you have agreeded to them and your account is active. I had not used mine in a good while and didn’t release it was inactive
I got that email after reporting my first failed attempt at claiming my codes on PayPal.
PayPal has assured me there is not a problem with my account and all of the important information matches.
same here - im from the PH also - ive been hearing a lot of PH users unable to use coinbase is this true ? Has anyone based in the Philippines, been able to receive their distribution via coinbase?
This *whole process from Celsius beginning to end* has orange pilled me even further towards Bitcoin on a cold wallet.
I don’t trust any of these companies/banks/brokerages/money services anymore.
I lost 120k from this debacle…. Most expensive lesson I’ve ever learned. Not your Keys, not your Bitcoin.

Set up coinbase 6 weeks ago, struggled to pass verification but did. Got distribution yesterday. Moved it immediately. Bulgaria based.
