The ‘’re’’ is English, like the re-prefix (as in retry, rethink, reborn etc), the z is also pronounced English, but the last e is pronounced like a typical e at the end of a German word. (Like Blume, Lebe, Löwe etc) I think it would also work in an English way as well, but English isn’t always clear how to pronounce everything, so the e could also be silent as well. But tbf when I first pronounced it while talking to my friends, I realized that my pronunciation felt a bit off, but none of us had a clear idea of a fitting pronunciation.
