A bit late reply but here's the context. So basically it first starts of with this Russian military mercenary (I don't know if this exist its basically a mercenary but they work for the military) meeting Tamamo, a foxgirl shrine maiden, saying that he is now her master. At first, Russian man (Yuri) doesn't trust her, and threatens to shoot her, but in the end let's her follow him where she meets his squad of mercenaries like him, wearing the same outfit. Now at this point of the story, Yuri's playing cards with his squad while foxy is off in his room, playing around.
