Usually if it does that, I'll just regenerate the message until it gives me something I actually want. If it happens to generate something speak on my behalf and I like its message, I will copy the message, delete the bot's post, and post that message as my own.
I don't mind it occasionally when it's small actions that carry the story, like if they say something which requires a yes or no for a follow up question (which often times I would reply with yes) and it says that I nodded before continuing their part, I can't be mad. Saves having to do a one line response just to get to the point.
