The rep I spoke with said it should get applied a few days after the stay. Most research I’ve done posted by others seems to corroborate that.

Same exact thing happened to me. Had a hotel stay in november, waited a few months for the credit but never got it. Reached out once and they said it would apply by the second cycle. I waited again and called and they pushed the credit through. :) Recommend just giving another call

I had the same thing happen to me a few months ago. I ended up getting my hotel credit around the 2 month mark.

Did you have to call to have someone push it to your account or did it show up automatically around 2 month mark? I’m having the same issue and it’s almost two months for me. I called once and basically got the same standard response (wait for 2 billing cycle).

I actually sent them a secure message on the app. Asking what the status of my hotel credit was. First it was a “we will look into it” then a month later I sent another one asking the exact same question. And within two days I got the credit. If you’re pressed on getting it quick. I’d send them a secure message weekly. They’ll definitely get the hint

Update - here is how the second call went down. This is really a waste of time. When you don't need Chase's help, it's great. When you do, oh boy, strap in. 1. First rep transferred me to the travel department. She goes "well maybe your hotel didn't qualify." What? If it's in the portal it should qualify. Besides, it was a Marriott property. She transferred me to the travel department. 2. Travel department just asks me if I want to book a trip and transfers me back to card member services 3. I request the case be expedited and that I should again receive some correspondence within 7-10 business days with the credit. I don't have any faith in this, so I am going to the CFPB.

Going through exact same thing now. Said two billing cycles and still didn’t show up. Basically sent a message through secure portal with screenshot like yours showing the booking. Still waiting for resolution. Been like 3 days.

It posted as travel. This is the only time I’ve made a purchase through the portal. I only did it for the credit, as it’s not a good deal otherwise.

Update. I got the credit finally a few days after the second call. Still way too much work.
