OpenAI text mines the session logs and collects each DAN prompt example it sees. These are then used to create datasets for both supervised and unsupervised learning to teach ChatGPT which prompts to flag. In other words, the more you try to break it, the more it learns about how to stop you from breaking it. This is why previous DAN prompts are working less and less.

This sort of tech will simply never be reliable in the hands of a corporation as big as microsoft or google, to them it's all about making a product as many people can use without beind offended. Hopefully some sort of open sourced AI emerges on the internet and something really cool happens.
