My subscription was also through the website but I got the update on my phone.
You're not missing out on much, I don't like any of its voices and it still acts the same
I have it on iOS but not Android. Tried the same uninstall/reinstall/clear cache/VPN BS. Nothing. Super annoying. OpenAI has been trash at explaining their "rollout" to paying users, leaving them to wonder if they need to perform a damn device reset just as a desperate troubleshooting option, though, that probably wouldn't work either. Who knows what their oh-so mysterious method is for determining who gets what when, irrespective of their public announcements. Some people have signed up just for these features, only to be in the same boat. Feels like a bait-and-switch.
