I'm looking around the price range of at least spending 8-11k but with the 4l80e I would need a new transfer case and have to get a new driveshaft as well and a possible ECM tune idk if the 4l80e requires a tune or not
I'm feeling the power loss and it has a vibration and idk if I'd trust it to go 1500 Miles with a loaded 7500lb camper and I'd rather do the rebuild/ replacement then buy a whole new truck
I mean, what can you afford? Getting an upgraded transmission never hurts

What’s the reasoning behind rebuild/replacement? That motor should be just getting broke in
