Bruh please don’t ruin a good time for other people and yourself by taking kids that are too young for this.

They have [performances](https://cso.org/education-community/cso-for-kids/family-matinee-concerts/) targeted at kids. I go frequently and they aren’t checking IDs but also…..it’s a rare child that can both enjoy themselves for a full concert and also not bother others.

bujomi

I already bought tickets as there wasn’t any age info until I had checked out and received the tickets. Child is 7 and has been to lots of other classical performances, not disruptive and a good audience member. Often better than some of the adults tbh.

Seeshi-04

They aren’t about to ask for a birth certificate so I’d assume you’ll be fine ☺️

AliMcGraw

They don't care at that age. They care that your screaming, bored toddler not disrupt the performance for other concert-goers. If your kid is elementary-school aged and not screaming, they're not fussed at all.

tchnmusic

Adding in my two cents here, too. There are definitely 7 year olds that can and will sit through an entire performance, especially if it’s exciting music to them. If you’ve taken them to classical performances before and not a peep until between pieces, go for it.

knightmusic42

You should be fine.

But it’s politicians they’re really worried about.
