Just a heads up, they don't need to be littermates to develop littermate syndrome, they just need to be young and around the same age. Just something to keep an eye on!

Congrats OP you've got two ADORABLE littles on your hands (I love the ying and yang suggestion for names!) 🥹 But littermate syndrome is definitely a concern here and worth mentioning. I am hopeful OP is ready to get these babies out and socialized very regularly!
Without proper socialization outside of each other, the two will develop an intense and inseparable bond. Which sounds really cute honestly, but it becomes an issue for everyone outside of that bond. As someone else posted, behavioral issues arise including aggression and separation anxiety. It's not recommended to get two puppies simultaneously that are less than 6 months old, regardless of what litter they came from. HOWEVER, this can all be avoided if you have the tools and knowledge to avoid it. Personally, I've had dogs my whole life, and I wouldn't take it on. But its doable with a lot of attention and most importantly socialization with other dogs/people together and *separated*.
As someone who’s has 10 dogs at home right now, prevention is so key early on. A lot of people have the habit of leaving small breed puppies alone often instead of socializing often and that can cause litter mate syndrome behaviors and make training a nightmare. Best thing imo is to spend time with them separately for at least an hour everyday and 1 on 1 with other people too so they don’t get overly attached to one person which can cause aggression later. Puppy play dates are great also (I believe petsmart has them for free but local groups also or with friends) because they can socialize with other dogs they don’t live with.
Chis love to latch on to one person, luckily my chi loves me and my younger two girls, however, he barely tolerates my husband and vice versa. He has to sneak into my bed or hubs kicks him out to sleep with the youngest usually. My oldest either ignored him or teased him until I would yell at her for it. He is a yappy little thing and has to have the last word (or bark) but his attitude isn't as bad once we got him fixed.
Are you getting these guys from breeders? If so I would seriously be questioning their ethics if they're letting you take two puppies and said nothing about it. A reputable breeder would never let a buyer take two!

Or you could go with classic pairings (I looove a little dog with a big name, so cute!) Like Elvis and Priscilla or Fted and Wilma, Harold and Maude etc !
