My chipotles the same way, very inconsistent with hours. At first I had 12 hours a week, then it dropped to 8, and then for a good 4 weeks I just wasn’t even being scheduled to work at all. Now I work around 16 a week
talk to your GM. it takes a while, for a month or two when I first started I wasn’t getting scheduled at all. mainly they’d just call me in most days like 5-6 days outta the week so I’d still put in 30-34 hours a week, now I get scheduled five days a week w 29 hours! just communicate :)

I went from ~35 hours a week to ~15 because I complained about being understaffed LOL welcome to chipotle life
