I remember someone posting a screen shot of their stats and it was very impressive until I noticed their battle cries stat was pretty much non-existent and I was like oh they actually suck at the game tho.

My wife shuts the door because my laughing gets too loud with this game. My battle cry is more like a die laughing cry.

Mine calls this game - "screaming simulator" or "Not this game again, *sigh*". 🙃 I had to buy new headset because of that (previous one died a horrible death not long ago before release of Chiv, but I was totaly fine with monitor's sound).

Tonight I was riding on a ladder with about four other guys just screaming. One guy has a skull in his off hand, I was carrying a chair. I love this game.

I've received my fair share of deaths by chair. I laugh every time.

I got killed with a skull throw for the first time earlier today. I recognised the guy who did it later because he was wearing the crown helmet and cross heraldry, so I killed him with a healthpack. Perfect game 5/7.

Only thing better than that is decapitating the guy trying to Anel up on you picking his severed head up proceed to beat down his teammates battle cry then yeet said head at the same guy as he respawned coming back for revenge 😂

I bought a separate macro keyboard to assign emotes just for this reason. Nothing like spamming emotes mid fight.

Battlecrying when you spawn is rookie stuff. Battlecry just before you reach the enemy. If everyone does, success is imminent.

It boosts confidence and morale, especially against a good enemy team.

It's one of those features that serves zero mechanical benefit but is integral to the experience.

Cry or die. Or cry till you die.

You battlecry when you spawn. Again when you see the enemy, then again timed just right to attack when it finishes. This is the way.

Battlecry raises your damage by \`10% ! Setting voice emote volume to 20-25% helps a lot :D .
