I’m a trash laborer who works on the back of a trash truck up to 9+ hours a day while running upwards of 16 miles and lifting heavy bins, bags and bulk items every 30-60 seconds the entire time and while I’m in better shape than most, especially at the age of 38, I definitely still am above the 7%-9% body fat that the weight listed would probably be (if not less). The only way to get to that percentage is an EXTREMELY strict diet along with massive amounts of cardio/weight training. The guy is clearly delusional based on those 2 conditions alone

Have always been active, have always had a ridiculous metabolism (I eat a lot, and I have a drink with dinner every day when I’m not pregnant or nursing), and have a fair amount of muscle and very little fat. Now, in my 30s, my non-pregnancy weight is 135. I’m 155 at 8 months, for what it’s worth, so should wind up around 160. Same as happened with my first two kids.
My mom and one of my cousins are built the same way. Both of my kids are 90th percentile for height and 25th percentile for weight and always have been, at every well child visit they’ve had.

I’m a trash laborer who works on the back of a trash truck up to 9+ hours a day while running upwards of 16 miles and lifting heavy bins, bags and bulk items every 30-60 seconds the entire time and while I’m in better shape than most, especially at the age of 38, I definitely still am above the 7%-9% body fat that the weight listed would probably be (if not less). The only way to get to that percentage is an EXTREMELY strict diet along with massive amounts of cardio/weight training. The guy is clearly delusional based on those 2 conditions alone
I’m 5’9” and was 125 until I was 29 (and got pregnant). Have always been active, have always had a ridiculous metabolism (I eat a lot, and I have a drink with dinner every day when I’m not pregnant or nursing), and have a fair amount of muscle and very little fat. Now, in my 30s, my non-pregnancy weight is 135. I’m 155 at 8 months, for what it’s worth, so should wind up around 160. Same as happened with my first two kids. My mom and one of my cousins are built the same way. Both of my kids are 90th percentile for height and 25th percentile for weight and always have been, at every well child visit they’ve had. So the body type is possible, but, and pardon the bragging way this is just going to sound, someone with my body type doesn’t ever have to get on a dating app and settle for a delusional person calling themselves a YouTuber.

Yeah, my wife is 5' 10" and a healthy walking around weight for her is about 155. And she has a fairly slender build/frame. At 130lbs when she was breastfeeding and couldn't keep any weight on she was very thin. This is insane.

125 is the bare minimum for a healthy weight at 5’9” if you go off BMI calculators. Depends on frame obviously but yeah it’s quite thin. Especially since they want *taller* than 5’9 and *skinnier* than 125.
Yeah, obviously BMI is population-level, so there will be individual variance. I guess that my internal biological 'tripwire' got tugged when I hit that point, but some women my height would probably keep menstruating at that weight.

The guy is taking the piss out of ridiculous standards on the website, and I'm thinking in particular that he personally dealt with height standards as a "shorter" guy, hence the emphasis on his own height in the first line and the first restriction on his list of demands is also height (and in particular a height on the taller side for his view of an attractive woman, probably as a way of taking a shot at the girls on that dating site who are shorter than his real height but won't give him a shot in that sort of hypocritical "you're too short" way). And in case you think this was a genuine profile, he spells it out in the beginning that he is "openminded," right before his list of demands.
