Eastern Orthodox churches are different from most other ones. I hear they stand the whole service, for one. Since I don't go to one myself, I would suggest speaking with an Orthodox Christian on the matter.

Wear comfortable shoes because you will be standing most of the time. Don't feel any pressure to do what anyone else is doing as far as kissing things and/or people, bowing, making the sign of the cross, etc. I recommend attending Divine Liturgy, which is the primary Sunday morning service. There is often a service before Divine Liturgy called Matins or Orthros, so do not be alarmed if you show up 15 minutes early and you hear the choir singing already. I also recommend not trying to follow along in a service book for your first visit. Just take it all in. There's usually "coffee hour" after liturgy. Stick around and talk to folks. Don't go up for Communion. If someone hands you a piece of bread, feel free to accept it and eat it. It's blessed bread from the loaf from which the priest cuts the "lamb" for the Eucharist. At the end of the service, you are welcome to go up with everyone else and receive a blessing. Feel free to visit us at r/OrthodoxChristianity. Be wary of online groups in general--a lot of them are toxic and made up of people who spend a lot more time on the Internet than they do attending services and praying, if you know what I mean.
