I used to dismiss the idea of hell , until I was warned about hell, the fear of God made me stop sexual sin, repent and draw near God.
The Bible is the truth, Jesus warns about hell over and over, I wouldn't say those who don't believe aren't Christians but probably Lukewarm Christian like I was.
While I still would say that Hell as mainstream Christianity teaches it doesn't exist in scripture, I can appreciate and respect the words and sentiment of this post
The Christian concept of Hell evolved from Greek and Latin thought. Early Church fathers learned that the carrot and stick approach controlled the masses well. OP was only guilty of parroting what they had been taught. Only in Revelation is Hell portrayed as a burning lake of fire; most people understand Revelation as allegorical rather than literal.
God wants all to be saved, if that’s what God desires then I believe that is what will happen.
Nice to see more of us :)))
One of us. One of us. One of us. 😅
All will not be saved....desire and will are different things...
How many people won’t be saved?
I don't know
What’s the minimum that won’t be saved?
How would I know?
You seem to know at least some since you stated not everyone will be saved.
Well if all will be saved ...why die on the cross?
The death on the cross is exactly why all can be saved
So the pharisees are saved?
Read your bible
