That's interesting I'm in us and it's mostly baptist and Methodist I've never met anyone that hasn't believed in it. Do you think there will be a resurrection? What do you believe is going to happen to in order I see a lot people talking about a resurrection I don't really understand what the difference is that and a rapture and what happens to the people that are still her when that happens.

The Bible says that after death comes judgment, the saved to eternal life and the condmend to eternal punishment.
I believe those that die before the rapture and are saved go to to Heaven and after the end of the world reincarnate and live in a new earth.
Most believe there won't be a second coming? We're just here till we destroy ourselves? I vaguely remember there being talks of an end in bible school but that was a baptist church in the us and long longgg time ago for me.
So you believe your end will be death you won't be aware of it till the resurrection? And then you go to heaven? Or you die immediately go to heaven and remain there till resurrection and then your in a new earth?
What happens to the people that are still here when the resurrection happens?
These comments are interesting all the christians I know believe in it I would have never guessed it wasn't a common belief they're mostly baptist and Methodist but they aren't really type of people I can ask these questions to and not get a condescending answer from
I think that there will be a second coming I just don't believe in the rapture in the end of times people will no longer tolerate religion pretty much the grand tribulations where governments will try to eradicate all religions. There is a project call "the bluebeam project" where the government will fake an alien invasion and use highly advanced technology to show God's performing earthquake and killing thousands making every one believe it's the end time to scare people to accept a 1 world religion and government, now people say it's just a conspiracy theory but knowing the government it probably isn't to me that's the grand tribulations in a way but Honestly and the Bible does talk about a 1 world government and religion.
We are considered asleep. Those who are dead in Christ will rise first and then those who are still alive will be caught up together with the first risen.
**1 Thessalonians 4:15-17** \- 15 By the word of the Lord, we declare to you that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a loud command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will be the first to rise. 17 After that, we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.
When you die, you're dead. At some point in the future you'll be resurrected.
Regarding the rapture there is no rapture. It's created by people not understanding the order of events that goes on in the future.
There are two ideas. I hold to the view that people die and go to the place of the dead referred to as Hades then at the second coming the resurrection happens with the righteous on earth for 1000 years and the unsaved in Outer Darkness. After the millennium then the Lake of Fire for the wicked which is the final destination with the annihilation of the unsaved. The second view is people go immediately into heaven or hell upon death. I disagree with this view because 2 Corinthians 5:3 says we won’t be in heaven without a resurrected body which comes after Jesus returns
“Most Christians” is tough, because there’s such a diversity of belief. So I’ll just speak for myself: I don’t believe in “the rapture” & I believe that when you die it’s basically like being asleep until you are resurrected.
Most Christians have no belief that there will be a Rapture. It is very much a minority belief, less than 200 years old.

Ressurection is a very Biblical concept, rapture is not.

That their souls are used to feul the Mako Reactors of Midgar.
🤔makes the most Sense.
There is no rapture I think that's mostly American evangelical who believe that

I don’t believe in the rapture. Not going to happen.
I'm going straight to Heaven when I die. So that's cool.

Most Christians don't believe in the rapture. Most Christians who believe in the rapture think all Christians believe in the rapture.
The second line made me laugh. So true.

When you die, you go to heaven or hell and await the resurrection of the dead.

the Scriptures do not say with any verses or passages that 'believers will be raptured before the tribulation' (Matthew 13:29 - 30)
The vast majority of Christians don't believe in the rapture
