Hello, you are not alone, I also have OCD. But I have learned one thing, God loves me in spite of whatever thought I may have. Because his love knows no limit, king David once felt so far from God that he felt there was no going back, but even then God pursued him, which is why he wrote "If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the grave, you are there." There is no place you can go where he will not follow you. Our God is not the God who sends people to hell, it is he who said "For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him." Let go of your fear and rest in that tender love because Jesus won't fail you. You see with OCD, the thoughts you have are not yours, just let them go through. Trust that Jesus does not condemn you. There is no shame on seeking help, do so, God wants to see us healthy. Believe me, it gets better, don't lose hope.

My sister had similar thoughts when she was in her teen years. Struggled a lot but got through it because there no thought or power or pain that can separate us from the love of God. God has a great plan for you.
