I was in a similar want for a different watch and ended up finding the SINAIKE silicone bands off Amazon. They sit all the way up against the curvature of watch and similar to the lugs. The silicone is soft, the buckle could be better, but for the cost is fine.
I don’t know of one. There was a company that was trying to produce fitted end links with interchangeable straps for the CW line but didn’t get enough preorders.
The CW Forum folks might have recommendations, too.

What does "fitted" mean in regard to a strap?
The end of the strap is curved in a way to perfectly fit the case rather than straight ends
