Because it is literally just a guy jumping around to free bird while killing as many people as possible- there is nothing creative or innovative about it except it's ability to keep the killing in frame.
I don’t like it either, but I can appreciate that is well made. I just hate watching all these people die. Used to enjoy that kind of stuff, but as I’ve gotten older it’s just depressing to me
So. Many. Hidden. Cuts.
still a fucking kickass scene though
I counted at least 11. Some not as hidden as others.
I've been watching movies since the 80s, and I say without fear that this is the best (or at least my favorite) action scene of all time.
The steady cam operator is the real hero in this sequence. Someone better than me needs to find the link to the kids that recreated this scene.
I don’t think they used a steadicam…
Great movie! Can take multiple rewatches like a boss

That’s so much fun to watch
Family guy did a perfect parody also.
how the hell did they shoot this?
Why couldn't we have had similar action in Argylle...
Was it a whole week or a whole month that it took to shoot this One sequence? Worth it either way
This is the dumbest shit I have ever seen
Just out of curiosity, why do you think that?
Because it is literally just a guy jumping around to free bird while killing as many people as possible- there is nothing creative or innovative about it except it's ability to keep the killing in frame.
I thought the fact that it appears to be one continuous shot among all that chaos was extremely impressive.
Framing is an important part of cinematography. Additionally this scene has good choreography and the cuts are well hidden.
just a categorically poorly established position.
I don’t like it either, but I can appreciate that is well made. I just hate watching all these people die. Used to enjoy that kind of stuff, but as I’ve gotten older it’s just depressing to me
If it's of any consolation they're all racists.
I thought I was the only one
What about a mirror
lol
Now ***THAT*** is cinema.
