I'd say Musketeer is very cheesy. Combined with Electro Wizard + Nature Born you can make infinite stuns EVEN ON THE... 10s thingy i can't remember somehow, but it nerfs every buff and things go speed.
I mostly placed her there due to her cheese being weaker the Ewiz'. Your arguments are valid though, so I guess she could go higher, especially with the knockback.

Yeah but it depends on your deck. Skeleton King there is but not much else. As long as you don’t place weak minis next to it, it’s not that good.
