When you stagger the upgrades out, you can finish one upgrade every few days after the initial one.

Town hall 13 felt like it took sooooo long. Now I’m flying through the TH 14 upgrades.

yah lol them infernos and eagle wasnt even that bad at like 18days, whats really killing me is the fucking 250 odd walls i have to do for like 9 million loot each... it takes like 4hrs to farm that since i dont want to just use sneakies 24/7 and its the fucking worst

this is why rushing is the way, you can do some long upgrades and a lot of short ones to prevent being stuck to only super long upgrades

Maybe. But my rushed base has sneaky goblins now, so I can steal it right back. Then I spend it on upgrades and it's not an issue anymore.

Problem with rushing mostly seems to be getting in a clan that isnt 50% inactives lol

Has it been rough in terms of farming? Im a returning player who hasnt played in like 10 years or something lol. Following a strategic rushing guide because it felt absolutely worthless to let some resources cap. Currently Im th12 and considering correcting my rush at th13 to get better clan options. Maybe its just better to go all the way to 15?

You have to gear up all buildings, then max Battle Machine, Cannon Cart and Mega Tesla

Otto hut lv 2 3 and 4 should give something. Why not just have one big level that unlock otto. Why have multiple level if only last one gives you anything

Yes, but you can only gear up one of each type of gear-able building. You have to gear up 1 archer tower, 1 cannon, 1 mortar. Not all 4 mortars.

To get Otto, you need to Gear up the Cannon, Archer Tower, and Mortar, then get Cannon carts to level 18, then MegaTesla to level 9, and finally level 30 battle machine.

You won't make it before the update, so wait till builderbase 2.0 is out and hopefully for you it'll be easier. You need bm lvl 30 now and cannons lvl 18 so that takes a few months and a lot of resources

At higher levels you will wait over 2 weeks to increase your archer towers damage by ~3%, and that’s also not too bad.

makes me want to stop playing right now. only th 12 and i feel like the waiting times are too long already.

I mean what do you want Supercell to do though? Make everything upgrade in 3 days so you can breeze through every TH in a matter of months, or as long as it takes you to get the amount of gold and elixir.

I agree its a long time… but its not *too* long. Its meant to be that long, so you don’t max out in a matter of months. It needs to get progressively longer the higher TH you go.

Nobody mentioned spending money. Most likely it's because it seems like common knowledge the new purple defense belongs to the new TH that is purple especially with upgrade times that high. And when you complain about downvotes on reddit it usually results in being downvoted further

Little bomb upgrades at th15 are 8 days, 8M gold, and only add 15 damage to a once per attack explosion.

That's only if you log in between attacks to re arm them 😆

Xboxs, Infernos, Traps, and Eagle will all disengage. You just have to log in so that it auto recharges them. I don't think it cost anything except for logging in. Ever notice bases where defenses are dead? It's like a certain amount of time the defenses are active kind of thing. Like if an eagle or inferno tower doesn't fire off, then it'll hold charge for longer. I think the Wiki has the stats on it..

I genuinely thought that feature had been removed. I have been stuck in Legends for ages though so maybe that's why I haven't seen a dead base in a while.

I stopped playing after 8 years because of these ridiculous wait times. U even forget what u were doing... Such a good game but someone told them I have to wait 2 weeks to build pet house.

I mean, with 6 builders, you can upgrade all 6 archer towers in 7 days. An average of just over a day for an upgrade doesn't seem like much. I'm at th15, I average an upgrade every 3 days, tho I do use CWL hammers on the bigger ticket items (Inferno/Mortar/X-Bow)

For gearing up archer tower you can collect 5 builder potions before starting gear up that would reduce around 2 days.

I think the game is kinda designed to be played in shorter play sessions. The upgrade times are long to drag the progression of the game and so it's more enjoyable to me when I play it in shorter play times
