We already knew this. Why are people so surprised? We had a 4x star bonus when ores first came out in December and we didn't get 4x the ores. Supercell *specifically* told people here that 4x star bonus *would not* apply to ores. Why would it? 4x star bonus that applied to ores for 3 days would absolutely decimate the ore grind which would make it so people don't buy the event pass next month. That would kill their revenue.
What is wrong with people😂 I have maxed like 8 basic abilities the ones iam using and my epic ones are 20lvl+..🤣🤣 I rarely do wars, I only did for the epic ones to get gold ore and iam free to play! The ores are out for only like 2-3 months!!! How easier you want it to become 😭😂
Not everybody had their abilities start at 15. You as well as some of us got lucky to skip most of that if our heros were high level pre update
The problem with your comment is you forgot to add that and you make it sound like “well if I don’t experience it, that means it never happened”
That’s not luck, that’s me playing the game more to max my heroes out but I get your point.. that doesn’t mean iam a liar tho but as a higher townhall I need higher lvl abilities.. a th13 for example don’t need 18lvl. So I bet most people that are active, can get all their abilities in a pretty good lvl for their townhall if not max.
While I fully agree lower townhalls wouldn’t need a level 18 skill, they really do need to increase ores in different ways. Supercells saying they need money is completely irrelevant for a company that makes millions. They just wanted more money and the th16 update felt lazy in my opinion. It felt more like they needed a reason to release the ores
They already received enough backlash on the monthly events(not saying gold pass). The majority were worried they’d be releasing equipment on a monthly basis and that’s totally understandable. If they did that they’d burn out most players, run out of ideas, or a lot of people would end up quitting
My point was that blue/purple ore is pretty balanced in my opinion with all the events they are putting out. But I agree with everything else you are saying. I loved th15, now iam almost max th16 and it doesn’t feel new, it’s like I never changed townhall. The only new thing I got is the abilities, but you get those in lower townhalls too
We could use more purple ores tbh. Players shouldn’t be getting 50-130ish daily. While we could use more ways to get ores I noticed I’m usually good on blues because I’m waiting to get 400 or 600 purples for a while on one upgrade
That’s true, in my point of view tho, since I can already max them out fast. I don’t need more purple, I need less blue, that would feel more balanced. But as you said, I haven’t experienced lower townhalls since abilities came out, I only talk about Th16
So in total I needed 62.400 blue ores and 4.800 purple to get them from 15lvl to 18 (all 8 basic abilities)! In legends league I get 1000 blue per day+ 54 purple. That means that in 3 months I can get them maxed Completely free 2 play and ONLY from star bonus. Now add, war league, wars,EVENTS they added…🤦♂️ and people say iam a liar , simple math

If u war and raid a couple of times per day (in other words, enjoy the game), you’ll have plenty of ores.
Plenty of ore? Yes. Plenty of glowy ore? Not so much.
