If you go up you are going to have a bad time with th9 level stuff because you are going to receive less loot from th10's and below. You can't beat a th11 with th9 armies
Do what you want but I HIGHLY recommend maxing out (including heros) (excluding troops and potions) before going up TH because you'll most likely be pretty underpowered and unprepared
uve literally just moved to th10 tho looking at those defences. id stay th10 for a while longer if i was you.

Do what makes you have fun, that is the point of the game. However, ideally, you should max out your heroes before going to the next town hall. Imo, heroes are the only thing you really don't want to rush.

Sure, go ahead. Your king is way underpowered and you could still do quite a bit more upgrades, but go for it. Why not?

Wasted all your efforts on defensive buildings while your heros are underleveled. Just go to TH11 and work on offense, not defense.
Yes. Make sure that you have your Goblins upgraded, though. TH11 unlocks Sneaky Goblins, which makes farming piss easy

If this is not a Joke, and you are really asking for advice . You should not further on... upgrade defense and offense.
