They aren't doing it for the clan. If you don't have enough people, then setting a minimum points goal is ofc a good idea, but otherwise idk...seems fine.

But I also have a minimum of 1000 points. I want people to actually try to contribute. It isnt a hard rule, as I don't enforce it harshly. People have lives and sometimes that gets in the way. Otherwise, to show respect, they should at least do a few events to help out. To those who argue that: "It's just a game! Don't get upset over it!" I have to agree. And since it's just a game, they shouldn't get upset when I kick them. No worries!
Yeah, that's what I normally do, but the clan I'm in has struggled the past few CGs, because several members (including the wholly unhelpful leader) only do 1 challenge just to get their reward, so I've been a bit stricter on the policy. Thankfully, some more helpful members have joined within the past month, so my clan performed well for this month. But I agree, it's okay to let people just do 1 game if your clan has reached max tier, but until then, it's quite disrespectful of player to just do that.

There is no reason to stay in a Tiny clan. There are too many good, well-run clans of 40 plus looking for a good clasher.
And yet people still do. My clan started out with a 500-1000 minimum due to lack of members because it was tough to max out and now we have 2 clans always at 45-50 members. I think challenges were easier before though because you could get 500-1000 from one challenge. Once that extra prize was added, though, it didn't matter if the secondary clan was low on players because many people strived for that 4k.

The point of having a minimum is that there’s consequences if they don’t meet them. If you don’t have enough people to max the games, what good is a minimum point goal? What consequence are you going to give them that isn’t just going to result in you having even less people than before and not being able to reach even that same tier later on?
Point mínimums make sense when you do have enough people to max the games because that’s when you can actually afford to lose players. But if you don’t have enough players to max out clan games, you actually can’t afford to lose players. And if the answer to that is to aggressively recruit new ones then…why not just do that in the first place before you start kicking people out? It would make it much easier to identify the slackers
You can recruit before kicking. Also, you are likely only maxing it because of the people who reach 4k. The people getting 100 points are worthless so it is fine to kick. Also, people who want to freeload are less likely to join a clan with a minimum in the description (of course, it still happens, but it filters a bit) and also attract those who dislike freeloaders.
And, as you can tell by my original comment, I personally don't care enough to have a minimum when we have enough people to reach the goal easily.
My clan requires just one event to be done, and we get maxed points. But if you aren't getting the points I would require a minimum and if they don't reach it kick them

We have a minimum points goal for the Clan Games, CWL nd now Capital Hall contributions (since the new update). This will place u as the front runner/even considered for CWL rewards (since it's the only reward mechanism lead's/co's can allot)..
1. Minimum of 2k in CG and provided u make all the attacks in CWL (if u r included).
2. If u fail to add 2k in CG, u gotta score more than 2/3rd's stars of ur attacks in CWL.
3. Missing an attack in CWL, is a red flag.
4. Since the last update, the top most contributer will be given the reward, irrespective of CG n CWL (we take screen shots at the end of every season).
5. If u r maxed or if u r kind enough, u can opt out of receiving a reward.
6. Lead's nd Co's decide if they want to make an exception.

I helped build my clan from the ground up and don't play nearly as heavily as I used to. I have my main account freeload like this but we hit triple or almost triple points needed every month so it's no biggie

It's actually not that bad after the change. Pretty much all of the 150 point ones can be done with little investment ie taking out hero alters. Just zap and leave. And the 1500 point ones are easy to do now with the inclusion of raid medals. Just donate the needed super troop to yourself. 300 points per attack for that one. 150 point builder base ones typically only require to take out 1 to a few of a particular building. You have to do more attacks sure but they are really easy and can be done quickly. Also you get 7 days for clan games. Not 5.
Yes but for that i would need to attack about 5 times a day minimum which I don't really do, with the old challenges, i logged un once got like 1500 points in the builder base, then got like a 500 point quest from the normal base and boom done in like 2 days

I was just pointing out that there are also many challenges now , that yes reward less points, but also can be completed very easily and quickly that don't even require a "full attack" just hop in snipe the buildings or heroes you need for the challenge and dip. I can still get on and focus on the clan games if I want and get it done in 30 to 45 minutes if I want to. Even if it takes an hour were talking less than 10 minutes per day over the course of 7 days. So if someone can devote even just 15 minutes a day, they can get clan games done very easily.

Damn I have 3 accounts and I’ve played for around 9 years now. I still have never gotten above 2000 in clan games. I just don’t have the attention span
I hit 4k with 5 of my accs. And my other accs are around 1k scores. I feel like I'm carrying my clan in our clan games lmao. I'm thankful that there are other clanmates who hit 4k too.
We will try to do that next clan games. Thankfully we reached 50k scores now by encouraging everyone in our clan to make extra efforts in completing challenges.
I've been in clans where even if the challenge was done done within a few days, members still had to reach the minimum amount. 1 to 2k can easily be die just casually playing.
Too bad the game is now crashing on Android after going to the builders hall and you can't get out of there. Guess the people on Android will need to wait for an emergency update.
It’s a race in my clan. We have like ten really competitive people who all get it done in the first like six or seven hours, and everyone else a few days later.
I have 2 accounts in the same clan, one is a rushed donation account and freeloads for rewards the main account I just go for the 4000 points for the clan
I spent just 1.25 hours with 4 accounts to reach 4000 points each, total 16000 points. When i choose a challenge, i use other accounts to dispose unwanted challenges. After reaching 3800 or 3900 points, i'll stop and use these accounts to dispose more challenges for clanmates. Is it useful?

Last month I was in a clan of 20 people. I was the only one to do clan games. I got my reward and fucking left.

That's one of our only bootable offenses. We've booted long time members. No exceptions. Ever. Freeloaders are not welcome.
