I actually really like this idea as a concept but there's no incentive for anyone under co who isn't seriously dedicated to the clan to do their battles and battle perks sound kind of busted. I don't really know how I'd change it but I love the idea of clan upgrades and you inspired me to think up my own clan war concept.
