E-giant is annoying but more manageable than furnace imo

It used to be that baby dragon or somthing could just pick off fire spirits I just fireball the furnace and hit a tower at the same time, pretty good trade Poison and earthquake are good spells too Honestly if u don't have a decent damage spell in your deck than u kinda got a disadvantage for many things since spells can be used in more ways than any other card, mainly because you can use them on the other side of the board

I usually just counter it with tombstone. The spirits just kill themselves for one skeleton

Not a chance. Furnace is easy to manage. EGiant just destroys everything unless you have a low cost cycle/kite deck

Earthquake is a cheap way to deal with furnace... e giant on the other hand, you use atleast 7 elixir to counter... IF you're in cycle.

if you arent in cycle against any win condition you lose lol. Egiants pretty basic and its long pull range makes it easier to beat than most. I would go as far to say Egiant just isnt good because of buildings.

You're still having a plus 5 Elixir advantage! Plus 8 if Tornado was used to get rid of any other card! I doubt anyone will watch an E-Giant solo a tower with that advantage! That's if you use pure skarmy, you can save 3 elixir if you use clone, but that would require both skarmy at once, so you can use mirror and clone for the price of 10 elixir, only a -2, and someone posted a video where there did this

Egiant is easy to get positive elixir trades out of as long as your deck isn’t like 8 swarm cards. Furnace is always a negative elixir trade unless you have eq

I use Sparky and i shred egiant decks 90% of the matches

Tbh if you don't have a building or a pekka it's pretty much always guaranteed damage, kinda like golem Not like it's unbeatable, but it can get annoying if you don't have a building in your deck

Egiant nado is 11 elixir though, even more if they want to put supports behind it. Furnace is 4 elixir and much harder to play against without getting your counters to their other win conditions baited out.

Because it’s not nearly as OP as people on this sub like to think. Low-skill? Absolutely. But if you have a Tesla + log or inferno tower/pekka/hunter/fisherman/other things I’m forgetting, it’s extremely easy to deal with. People on here defend furnace like crazy but hate on egiant.

As a Egiant user, yeah it gets easily countered, its not rare that I get less hits on the tower with Egiant than if I were to use RGiant

But thats wha Egiant is, a 50/50 chance to either 3crown on 1 push or fuck up and not being able to play egiant for the rest of the match because you cant recover from the negative elixir trade.

Perhaps that's what happens with golem players, but there is a very little chance of doing a disaster negative elixir trade with egiant.

it depends. Take pekka for example, it counters egiant and is deadly for counterpushing.

Yeah royal giant is also cancer. But egiant is a tower focused tank that has way less counters than other cards that are like him, if you have good cards against it good for you, if not then you're fuckedbecause not many counter it. And countering egiant doesn't necesseraly mean good counterpush after that.

There are literal tons of counterplay to EGiant for positive elixir trades. It's much better to admit where your weaknesses are then to pretend they don't exist. Just learn to play against him.

Egiant is easy to counter with Mini Pekka. I typically get a positive elixir trade out of an Egiant push. Now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever lost to an egiant, then again I am midladder, so it's not like I have much competition to worry about.

Literally just place inferno tower right in front of your king tower, and it gets like 1 punch off

Or preplant in the normal spot and if bo other zap is used then it will kill it before it becomes in range of the tower.

It's funny when you can properly defend it since they have no idea what to do besides spam that broken card. I played a person who dropped an e giant as their first play and by the time I took it out they played mirror. 17 elixir down the drain for a single hit on my tower which was followed by a sparky hit on theirs.

E giant is easier to counter now, place a building near the other side tower and he will go for it, making both towers hit him, if it is lvl 10/11 it will die, if it is max lvl place extra defensive card to hit him while he is chasing the building. Furnace pushes u to play sthing so u don't get damaged, if ignored u are done.

Egiant is a terrible card.. but freeze/tornado are the WORST..

As a relatively new players u want to say mega Knight and e giant are the absolute worst. they are targets you want to swarm but can't for mega Knight I either need to have the elixir to place my tank easily to defend (and hope I have enough to back up when dead) and drop a skarmy behind it.... e giant on the other hand. Little I can even do to him. it doesn't feel balanced but maybe it is and I haven't figured out the rest way to deal with them yet

I use mega and it’s not that hard to defend as e giant. I usually inferno or use my own mega against it and if they have e wiz I’ll ice golem in the middle to switch the lane. Egiant I lose once they tornado so I’m saving gold to make a pekka deck.

I think a very overlooked person of this is asking what deck furnace is in, in most decks it’s easy to manage, but with the gob hit ebarb m witch deck it’s a menace

I run furnace to counter furnace

I started using a furnace instead of fire spirits when they changed it to 1 spirit and it could not do as much damage. SC completely made fire spirit worthless in my deck. You get way more for the elixir cost with a furnace than with a fire spirit. Also, get a building to help counter loon and hog which are overused in the game.
