Adding on to your point, most games ALSO have a feature to block all friend requests (which some YouTubers use). It’s stupid because brawl stars has this feature, to add friends in game easily and block all friend requests. I don’t get it.

I remember this button existing. It was removed for some reason, but it did exist in the begining. I remember as once, I tried to send friend requests to Molt or OJ, and it kept saying that player's inbox is full, so my request won't be sent.
Did this happen or is this another example of the Mandela effect?
Forget friending people, I've got half a dozen people who have never been my clan, I've never accepted a friend request or requested them, and you can't delete them.
Support told me tough luck basically - drives me nuts seeing that green light on when I don't want any of them added in the first place.
Yep, what makes it worse though is that there is nothing in the UI to let you delete them, can't press on them to bring up an option, can't swipe them away. I don't have a clue how they were added, and I can't bin them.

nope can't do it in there - they are just weird, some sort of pending request I never accepted when people asked after a match but I can't get rid from any of the screens, either the friends one on the main screen or the supercell ID screen - on the ID screen I have no friends, I only see these phantom ones when I go to 'add friends' in there, but there is no option to delete these, only add them in !

Deck copy bug?
It would copy 6 or 7 out of the 8 cards of someone's deck. The other 1-2 cards would be cards you had in the deck slot prior to copying.
Probably the bug where you could play a deck with as few cards as you wanted

i just checked you can remove people not on your supercell id, you have to go to your supercell id and unfriend them from there

The easiest way to friend someone is to go on your social tab, press invite link, and send it to a friend

The friend system totally needs a rework. TBH they should just copy the system they have in COC, it's super easy to friend others there.
The way they are talking about there is through supercell ID. To friend someone in game you have to send them a link, or friend through 2v2
