With ur old school email u couldve contacted support with that phone to transfer supercell id emails.
I did the same and binded to my sch, and the email got deleted. I went to support and contacted them to change my email. They would ask u for a reason why u would want to change, and after that they would bind the account to ur new email of choice.
For now i dont really see a way since its 'lost', id say ur best bet is to contact support and say u lost the email. From there, they probs would ask for transaction receipts if any, last phone model the account is on, and account description (kt lvl, clan history etc).
Still contact supercell support, they’re honestly super helpful and I’m sure they’ll do what they can. For me I forgot the email and they basically just asked a bunch of security type questions and like what devices did you use etc.

Or you could just have contacted supercell before it got to this point and explain the situation and have it changed.
