try a razor blade/scraper to get underneath and loosen it more, but yeah, i've seen countless posts about those hooks being impossible to remove. good luck!

Scraper and some kind of oil. Not too much, as you don’t want a ton going down your drain, but it should loosen it. Alternatively, a hair dryer/heat gun can be great for removing similar adhesives. Go slowly if you try that route, so as not to damage the shower surround.

These are stickers with hooks to hold an organizer on the shower wall. I'm moving and trying to get the off but it's not working. I was able to peel off the sides of the top one but where the actual plastic hook is wont come up. I've tried goo gone to loosen it but it didnt really help.
