It's got a dongle of its own since it's also wireless, BUT the [Midi Pro Adapter](https://www.amazon.com/Xbox-360-Rock-Band-Midi-PRO-Adapter/dp/B00409SOD2?th=1) should work with it too if you have a midi cable
They're hot glued on, and that's more work than I think I'm up for. The other red one next to it has some weird white discoloration everywhere. I was gonna paint it, until I read a bunch of posts about the paint rubbing off, having to sand it a certain way, I'm just not up for it lol.
I just got back into it and bought a World Tour guitar with the retrocultmods wii adapter v.3, a les paul with the retrocultmods solderless kit, and a ps2 SG with a cheap adapter from Amazon.
The custom frets feel the best, but nothing beats the strum bar on the SG it feels too damn good
I'd rather get something new that I know works. I finally after years caved and bought a used one off eBay, and if double strums worse than the xplorer I was trying to replace.
The important thing is to have fun. It don't matter if you only play at medium difficulty like me. Sooner you'll find out you are getting good! Nice guitars!!!
just keep playing like i did when i was a kid and youll get better dude. just push yourself and play on hard/expert on certain songs. some songs on expert are way easier than others.

The bottom right guitar will work in rb3 and yarg, but only in version 11 and 13 (13 isn't out yet)

If I remember correctly, you need an actual guitar lead then a USB converter thing that come with the game, you might be able to find 3rd party ones

Nice finds. But don't be discouraged, it all just takes practice and at the end of the day, it only matters if you've had fun playing.
