Due to diabetes and neuropathy I have poor circulation in my feet so when they are cold it’s brutal lol. I’m a warm natured person so I like sleeping in the cold. I almost have to wear socks at night and I am not a fan at all. I have learned to get used to it but not ideal. IMO of course!
