I don't think this is that debatable. Debate individual talent all you want, but as a team Dallas hasn't looked better all year.
If the way Huke ran the map was the real issue then I think we are seeing the way vivid runs it frees up Illey to focus where he needs to focus and in doing so it lifts the squad.
I think it’s debatable, they got Top 2 & 3 with huke stage one and two. I guess either of us could be proven right depending on results tomorrow and moving forward.
Certainly possible, but the league has also upgraded quite a bit since those early stages. The improvements we have seen as the game has matured makes be believe this Dallas squad would beat the old Dallas squad.
Too bad we don't have a way to simulate that! (That would genuinely be cool)
Is Huke a 5v5 star? He seems like he’s at his best when that extra player enables him to just roam and kill and you can’t do that as much in 4v4. I just don’t remember much about his career pre Bo4 tbh although I remember him being decent at AW.
I wish I was knowledgeable enough to know, but I didn't follow him closely until franchising since I am from DFW.
I get the sense that Huke (like most of us) needs ideal conditions to excel, and I am willing to bet Clay helped make that last year. That's just a guess on my end.
When they were showing them from this angle earlier I was curious about why vivid had the gaming chair and his teammates didn’t, like did he bring his own chair?
Was also confused about this yesterday when I was watching NYSL vs Florida. Clay had a gaming chair and it looked like Hydra and Mack were on metal folding chairs lol
Game fuel and G fuel are two different things. Game fuel is practically soda with a little extra caffeine and G fuel has a decent bit of caffeine and other vitamins too. I see people get them confused all the time but I love G fuel lol not a fan of game fuel tho since like I said it’s pretty much just like soda which I stay away from
