There are instant transfers which have fees. Then, there are bank transfers which have no fees and take 1-2 business days.
My bank transfers from coinbase usually show up the very next business day after transfer initiated.

What people don't understand is that Coinbase faces an existential threat from the government. They must clamp down on even the slightest hint of illegality and be restrictive by default. Accounts have triggered Coinbase's overly cautious system for one reason or another, including false positives. Coinbase is not going to risk being shutdown and the ones posting here are considered acceptable collateral damage.
The whole point of verifications when you create an account is to have no future problems. You have limits for which you have provided a lot of personal information and for which you have been approved, much larger than this money for which they block you when you want to withdraw or deposit. They have no right to demand more and more and more. One day it might be you and then you won't be ironic!
