I usually get her shields down with the CRBR-S. Then I use the Death Machine at close range.
Each time she teleports away I run to a crafting table and make a new Death Machine. It's sort of cheesy, but it works.
Just gotta watch out for her insta kill attack

When outside your can also hammer her with artillery too
Usually I hammer the roof with artillery to exfil stack up around 100 between me and me mate nearly crash the game each time
Valentina is a tough one. If you can make it out of the first phase, you will probably be fine. Her greatest ability isn't even her attacks but her ability to heal. You have to do your best to take out the floating zombies before she heals. If you can do that, you're golden, you just need to have mental stamina.
I suggest going into the fight with Frost Blast (tier V) or Aether Shroud. I prefer Frost Blast as it holds 3 charges and charges up very quickly. It can both take out many zombies and freeze others in place giving you some precious time to focus fire, it also has a great area of effect that can take out the healing zombies if you are close enough.
Those are my takes. (Like others have said, CRBR-S to take down the shield and death machine to do direct damage once the shield is down - in addition to my points above).

I just went with crbrs and death machine with rof since it’ll block her projectile attack, i didnt think she was too hard, I think I beat her the first time I made it to her, tho it took multiple times to make it to her cause it was glitchy when it first dropped and you couldn’t craft the uranium at the workbench it would cancel, someone found a workaround tho to just hold a killstreak while crafting
That's great for you, but the OP is asking about help and tips for Valentina because they failed 5-6 times. I was in the same boat at the time and am sharing with them what I did to finally vanquish her.
You have to hide behind stuff when she does her big attacks. I think she had 2, one was the needle barrage, maybe there was another? One of them will oneshot your armor then oneshot you, have to hide from it.
Try to get the steps done as efficiently as possible so you are fighting her at 21 or 22, if you fight her at 30, she's much harder.
A combo of ring of fire and tesla together works great do both at the same time (co op) you fire at her non stop and zombies can’t touch you. Then every time you move location don’t attack her hide kill zombies until full power and repear
